I have this stroller and have only used it twice because it is very heavy and hard to steer. I would not recommend this for a someone who will be traveling alone with kids.

mom of twinstersThis stroller was given to our family as a donation, and I have to admit that it can be difficult to steer at times, but not as difficult as posted in previous reviews here. I love the sturdiness of the stroller, plus the fact that the seats are stadium style, so that both riders have a view. I have 2 1/2 year old twins, and this is by far my preferred way to stroll in the neighborhood. For regular outings in the car, I prefer a lighter stroller, as this one also proves to be much heavier to get in and out of the car. It is extremely easy to open and close/fold, and we are mostly pleased with it.
"HORRIBLE STROLLER!" 2008-09-25By
Rebecca's MomMan, I wish I read these reviews here before I bought this. It has to be the worst double stroller ever made! It is sturdy, that's true, but so difficult to steer. Even my husband, 6'3", 200+ pounds has a hard time maneuvering it. It's awful! When I walk in my neighborhood, sometimes it veers to the left or right and I can't get it back on track without stopping and lifting the front end up and sliding it over. Seriously! Don't buy this! I hate it more than anything I've ever bought. I can't wait to replace it.

This stroller is terrible! You cannot turn this stroller without either skidding the back wheels in the opposite direction you want to turn or if you are lucky, have the person with you lift up the fron end and have them turn the stroller for you. I have a newborn and a 26 month old. You cannot turn this stroller at all. The tandem aspect of the stroller is nice but if you can't move the stroller, what's the point? I am sure you can find a better stroller than this one!
"great for twins" 2008-01-23By
J. DeverseMy wife and I have one and a half year old twin boys who like to make jokes and play with each other. Our first stroller was a Graco tandem, it was a good stroller, but the boy in front would constantly try to turn around to see his brother. Also, the one in back would grab the front one's hair a lot. This led my wife and me to search for a stroller with an interchangeable seat.
Pros:
* The front seat is very easy to switch from front to rear facing a lot easier than I though it would be. The twins can face each other now. They steal each others food and make jokes only they understand (all the laughing they do at each other).
* It is definitely well built. The boys wiggle and shake around a lot, and it doesn't veer of course are move the stroller much in response.
* It is a little harder to steer than the Graco was, but not bad enough to complain.
* The seats are really padded so they seem pretty comfortable for the boys.
* The way it is spaced when the front seat is facing forward the rear twin can not easily grab his brother's hair which saves us a lot of head aches.
Cons:
* There is only one cup holder for the parents and one for the front seat. My wife and I were upset about that. The description had said that there were three cup holders. That is flat out wrong. And, the cup holder for the parents is so shallow that most cups tip when ever you hit bumps or go up curbs.
* The lap belts are very difficult to adjust.
* The under storage space is smaller than the Graco was, but is still sufficient enough for several items.
* The rear wheels stick out further than the front. This causes us to bump into things a lot with the rear wheels. Especially narrow doorways.
I still give it four stars, because it is well made and does what we bought it for well. Also, if we didn't have the Graco first we wouldn't know any better pertaining to some of the cons.
