 "Good purchase" 2010-07-21
By Annaka (Texas)
I bought this stroller because I want to walk (I'm not a runner!) for exercise with my 3-year-old and my 6-month-old. I've only had it a few weeks so I can't vouch for how durable it is but so far I am really enjoying it!
The features I like:
Front swivel wheel makes it easy to turn
Parent cup holder
Easy to fold up
Easy to push (I had used a front and back double stroller and it was heavy to push)
Great for even an older child's weight
Nice, large underneath storage basket

Drawbacks:
Somewhat heavy to lift (I knew I'd have to spend more to get one with a lighter frame).
Sunshade doesn't go out very far so I use a blanket and clothespins for my baby.
The straps are supposed to come out and move to a higher slot for a taller child but we couldn't get them out because the slot is too tight so we just have to strap my 3-year-old around his waist instead of with the full 5 point harness.
Hard to go up bumps, like an uneven sidewalk.

Overall, I love this stroller for walking in the neighborhood with my kids. It is a good product for my price range.

 "Not Car Seat Adaptable" 2010-06-22
By A. Hooper (Denver CO)
After receiving this as a shower gift I called InSTEP to order the car seat adapter. The Customer Service folks told me that NONE of their double strollers accommodate an infant car seat. Amazon has the description WRONG in the Product features. If you are buying this strictly to put an infant car seat on it then do not purchase. I had to ship mine back, pay a restocking fee AND return shipping costs. Very bad gift.

 "Has potential." 2010-05-19
By O. Brownfield (OH USA)
The front wheel swivels, sometimes so much that you get stock. It is heavy and with two kids - even heavier. But otherwise - great jogger for the money. Just doesn't work for my family that great. Since I cannot return it at this point - I will have to learn how to operate it without being stock by the front wheel.

"Good for smaller kids on short walks." 2010-05-11
By B. Jones
I bought this stroller after doing a lot of research and realizing this was the best there is in my price range. The stroller arrived within a few days after ordering and was very easy to assemble. The color was great, and the storage compartment underneath the seats was VERY spacious. I used this stroller for a few months with my infant and 3 year old, but ended up re-selling it because my preschooler was just too big. If he moved the wrong way or wiggled, the entire stroller would jolt around. For kids who are smaller or older children who can sit very still, this stroller is great. I loved jogging with it and sometimes even went out with just one child, and the stroller is sturdy enough that it didn't lean to one side even with a weight difference. The parent tray is mesh but I found it to be a perfect size and could toss in a bottle or drink for myself. The brakes are sturdy and the stroller is incredibly easy to fold up. I drive a car with a small trunk but this stroller fit perfectly once I popped off the side wheels, which is really easy to do. The side wheels each contain a small button to pop on and off so storage is a snap. The child seats are not the most comfortable, but my kids didn't complain. The biggest issue I had with the seats is that if you lean them back, they're a bit flimsy and bounce around a bit.

Pros:
Great color
Spacious storage underneath
Easy assembly
Good price
Easy to jog with on flat, even surfaces
Child bar
Parent tray
Comes with mosquito netting

Cons:
There are a lot of issues with the front wheel. Mine would get stuck sideways every time I went off a curb, which was very inconvenient. InStep sends a little wrench to tighten the wheel, but you have to be very careful about how you go up or down with this stroller.

Seatbelts can not be easily adjusted for bigger children. The back of the seats is cardboard and almost impossible to adjust.

 "Double jogger" 2010-04-05
By H. Broadbent (Boston, MA)
I've used the stroller a few times with my 3 month old and 19 month old and the only real complaint I have is the sun visor. It's horrible!!! It's flimsy, blows back with the slightest breeze and is attached at the back so you get no coverage unless you're facing away from the sun! Aside from that, it's a good double jogger... Has great storage space underneath, the canvas parent tray is fine, it actually golds my iced coffee better than hard consoles because it's deep and the drink won't tip or slosh around. It also folds up really easily, which I love, but it isn't free standing once it's folded, you would have to lay it down or lean it against something, but that's not a put off for me. Overall, I'm happy with it... I wish instep would address the visor issue, but I think every double jogger has it's flaws so it's all about what's most important to you! One thing to note... I just use it for walking, and it's great on the beach!
